Facts About Awakening Your Inner Energy That Will Impress Your Friends.

Let go deeper! Hello beautiful people, and welcome to today's meditation session. Let us today discuss how to awaken our Kundalini Energy. 

Most of us have heard the phrase that says you have to awaken your profound Energy. You have to awake Kundalini; you have to grasp your absolute power. But what does it even mean, and how can we do it? Is it possible to do it at all? 

To start, we have to inquire, and we have to go deep together inside of this meditation. Firstly, we have to realize and see what we are wasting our Energy on. We need to understand where we are losing our power if we want to do something. Either we make a plan to do it and then do it, or we constantly and obsessively think about it, and then we lose our Energy. 

Most of us are not interested in this traditional way where we are losing Energy. We want to awaken Kundalini. We want to awaken some higher sleeping energy to realize something, but nobody pays attention to what is really in front of them. 

To start, let us see what the life that we are living is. Our life is very superficial. We are constantly divided with our thought, and our attention is continuously going from one to another direction. We are trying to concentrate and not to be attentive. We never give attention to that what is essential, and that is watching and observing. 

We have to develop this skill of observation without changing anything without wanting to get anything from that, as a scientist will do in a lab. The scientist is just watching and observing what is happening. He doesn't want to change, doesn't want to interact. 

Interact is the observation that we have to implement in our life but even more profound than the scientists because scientists have some ideas of what he wants to see and what he thinks will happen. We have to be completely free to watch and observe. You can only do that when you are attentive and when your brain is calm, and there are no words inside of it. Then you are free to look, and you can practice that all day. 

For everything that you do, do it, observe and watch it but do not think about it. Just watch that beauty as soon as you start to believe. You are dividing yourself. Now when you stop dividing yourself, when you are no longer thinking, this is beautiful and then again watching it and then tomorrow wanting it. 

You are not escaping from now, and you are staying here. So, implement that technique, watch, observe if you want. You can even call it a technique, but it is the way of life, and it is life itself. When you do that, you will see how much Energy inside of us is wasted.

You will see how much brainpower is used to stupid things like worrying and constantly thinking about finding plans to train our Energy everywhere. Even if we give Energy to something, it is only to concentrate it. You are losing so much Energy to keep everything away from that on which you want to focus.

First of all, we have to watch, observe, and not waste our Energy on concentration. Be attentive and reclaim your power, and you will do it naturally by watching and letting go. Use all of your senses at once. 

Try it for once, and you will see complete change inside of you because the centre that always wants to be and say it is happening to me cannot use all five senses at once.

But somehow, if you let go of a centre, everything is happening by itself. It doesn't need the centre to tell you what to do. That is the beauty of watching. That is the beauty of presence. That is the beauty of pure observation, attention and awareness.

As soon as you are attentive, you allow everything to happen, and you are not dividing yourself. Therefore, you are not losing, and you are not wasting Energy. You are gathering all of the power you have in one place, and that place is pure observation. That is the start of power, and if we divide ourselves, we lose that Energy. 

So, there is no unique us as sleeping energy or something. There is just the whole Energy of your being and your observation. Try it for yourself, do it, watch and see the change in your life.

See how much Energy you will have. The time will stop to be vital to you so much because you are free to do everything and have time. After all, it doesn't matter anymore. This is not something that I tell you to do, and you say, oh, lovely meditation and forget about it.

You will not get anything from that. You will only get it when you give your pure attention and then let go, even wanting to get something. Try it, and you will see it! Thank you once again for being with me on today's meditation, and until next time, stay healthy and be attentive.
