The Ultimate Guide To How Can You Get Rid Of Self-identity And Find Real Happiness?

How Can You Get Rid of Self-Identity and Find Real Happiness?

What is the difference between self-identity and what is mine? The fact is that if there is self-identity outside of 'mine', it will lead to ultimate freedom. This 'me' self-identification has caused you to put it where it is not needed.

As long as self-identity exists, so does 'mine' always exist. And what is 'my'? The answer is that wherever there is an assertion to 'me', and this is mine, it is mine. When 'my' is over, man is considered God.

'I' does not end; that 'I' is a hypocrisy that his true origin has overshadowed. The 'my' actually exists. Its presence is already there, but it is there because there is no self-awareness. The more personal awareness becomes, the more everything will be accomplished.

Therefore, 'my' is not easy to complete. If one knows how to remove 'mine', then there is nothing left. There is no need to even know about enlightenment.

What does it mean to discard your 'mine'?

If you want to stop saying 'mine', you have to remove the clock in your hand and set it aside. Take it off. Put aside your glasses. So, are these hands yours? You can't put them aside, leave them where they are, because they belong to you?

Do you understand that? You must know that you do not have any ownership. These hands are mine; these legs are mine, this is my head, these eyes are mine - you take ownership of all these things, they are yours. Even the name is mine.

  • 'I did this', leads to hypocrisy. To say this is mine' leads to associating with something.
  • Slavery as a result of the consequences of our actions is based on self-identity. Without self-identity, suffering as a result of our actions does not depend on any activity. Self-awareness and 'mine 'are based on hypocrisy, and that is slavery because of the consequences of our efforts. For anything hypocritical, that's slavery.

How can you break free from self-identity and gain freedom?

Go to someone who is entirely enlightened. However, if you want to increase your hypocrisy, join a rebel group, your self-identity will grow significantly. One cannot change the people around him, but one can change the people around him because you are known by the people you associate with.

If you give up everything entirely here, the self-identity will disappear. After you know yourself well, you will not have stress or pride. Even if someone abuses you or puts you in prison, you will never be discouraged, and this is called spiritual science. This science is a spiritual way.

Even if you go around the world naked and become a monk, for years, worldly life's deceptive attachments will never end. Self-identity will never end. 'My' can't come to an end; it is less likely to end, and self-deception will not end.

  • Self-identity is dangerous; the more a person realizes it, the more everything he will understand.
  • You cannot choose which medicine to take without consulting a medical doctor because you are afraid that you might take the wrong one and die. But when there is a risk of harm to your entire life, you make your own spiritual medicine and take it without ever having to deal with anyone who will persecute you. The scripts, therefore, are like weapons; if you do not know how to use them, you will die anyway.

Sadhguru's Guide to Why Is There Suffering on The World?

Why Is There Suffering? All the misery and suffering in this world are the result of a lack of understanding. All suffering is automatic because of not being able to see the truth. If you ask a burnt person why he burned himself, he will tell you that it was his fault, not his deliberate intention. In the same way, all suffering results from the same mistakes. All suffering is the result of our errors. When those mistakes are over, your job is done.   Are we suffering from the consequences of our actions? Yes, it is all because of our actions' consequences, and that is why our mistakes are our own and no one else's cause.   In this world, no one else is at fault. Mistakes are 'tools' in bringing consequences to our actions. Suffering is yours, but it comes in the way of others. How can you blame the person who sent the news about your son's death? Seeing someone else's fault is no different from finding a spot with someone who sent you a message of your son'...

One Thing That Won't Happen in Lying, Stealing, or Dishonesty.

What Are the Fruits of Lying, Stealing, or Dishonesty? Why do you think people lie for no reason? They did all of this because of their anger, pride, deceit, and envy. People do it because they want to gain something. They may do this because they want respect, money, or something else. They may be scared or have some hidden fears so that they will lie.   People have deep inner fears and they are reluctant to ask: 'What will people say to me?' Then they start to lie, until they lie even when they are not afraid.   This lying is because all these people are experiencing the effects of their actions on their past actions. Those who lie in their past lives suffer today—those who speak the truth and enjoy the fruits of their labours. By lying in this life, One will face the consequences in the next life. If you tell the truth, it will bear fruit. In their modern life, people see the fruits of their past actions. Everything that happens is pure justice: There are nothing and no jus...

How Not Knowing Where Is God Makes You a Rookie?

Where Is God? Where does God live in this great world? • Where is the house of God?          • Is it in heaven?          • In the sky?          • In the temple?          • In our hearts?          • Or elsewhere?          Not knowing the exact address of God, we keep thinking about him here and there.   Where is God? "God is in every creature, whether visible or invisible. God is in the creature, not in creation." There are tiny creatures that cannot be seen even under a microscope. God lives in all creatures! However, there is no God on the sofa, table, camera, lamp, or radio as all of these are human-made creations. God does not dwell in anything that man has made, but He does exist in living beings, that is, one-sensory creatures, two-sensory creatures, birds, plants, trees, animals, human beings, and so on. What we see on the outsi...
