The Worst Myth About The Question, 'Who Gets Depressed?'

Who Gets Depressed?

That's just self-identity! If we go to someone's home and he does not welcome us, should we view it as an act of pride or just self-identity?

That is called unnecessary disrespect. You could call this nonsense directed at you. If you feel out of place, is that not your self-identity? You will make his disrespect your responsibility. And if you feel bad, you blame yourself for his actions.

How can we accept self-identification?

Everyone can see self-identity. If someone were insulting you right now, would you not immediately notice? Who gets discouraged when someone says, 'You're crazy? Isn't that self-deprecating? Therefore, you can see self-identity over and over again.

Is it still unclear, still confused?

It is obvious. If someone often tells you, 'Get up there, however, self-identity quickly rises. Self-identification is used regularly, from time to time. Even people will know how complex their self-identity is.

One lives in hypocrisy. 'There is no one like me, there is no one like me, I am bigger than him, and I am bigger than him.' This behaviour is the only thing one always does!

No matter how useless a person is, he will still be superior, even if it is of the last degree. So why would he have problems?

What does a rural person say? 'I own these four cows,' he says. So why would he have problems? It is because of self-identity that all of this has been created. In hindsight, one says, 'I have four cows. I have five hundred sheep. 'People say, I own this. So humanity suffers from self-identity.

  • After this enlightenment, you will not have depression or pride. Even if someone scolds you or puts you in prison, you will never be discouraged, and that is called spiritual science. That is the way of spiritual science.

Try It for Yourself:

How can a person diminish his self-identity if he does not have self-understanding?

Self-identity begins to break out when someone insults you. There is a big difference after self-realization. This difference is the way of self-consciousness. So if someone offends you, you have to give him peace '. Likewise, if you ever lose money somewhere, you should not worry. Just say, 'Lord, as you wish, so be it.'

And one more thing you should not say, I'm an intelligent person. Or say, 'I'm not smart'. Otherwise, it will improve the 'mental effect'. By saying, 'I'm smart', self-identity will increase.

Try these tests of tolerance by saying, 'whatever nature agrees with, and it's right' and let it go like this. So your self-identity will drop.

Sadhguru's Guide to Why Is There Suffering on The World?

Why Is There Suffering? All the misery and suffering in this world are the result of a lack of understanding. All suffering is automatic because of not being able to see the truth. If you ask a burnt person why he burned himself, he will tell you that it was his fault, not his deliberate intention. In the same way, all suffering results from the same mistakes. All suffering is the result of our errors. When those mistakes are over, your job is done.   Are we suffering from the consequences of our actions? Yes, it is all because of our actions' consequences, and that is why our mistakes are our own and no one else's cause.   In this world, no one else is at fault. Mistakes are 'tools' in bringing consequences to our actions. Suffering is yours, but it comes in the way of others. How can you blame the person who sent the news about your son's death? Seeing someone else's fault is no different from finding a spot with someone who sent you a message of your son'...

One Thing That Won't Happen in Lying, Stealing, or Dishonesty.

What Are the Fruits of Lying, Stealing, or Dishonesty? Why do you think people lie for no reason? They did all of this because of their anger, pride, deceit, and envy. People do it because they want to gain something. They may do this because they want respect, money, or something else. They may be scared or have some hidden fears so that they will lie.   People have deep inner fears and they are reluctant to ask: 'What will people say to me?' Then they start to lie, until they lie even when they are not afraid.   This lying is because all these people are experiencing the effects of their actions on their past actions. Those who lie in their past lives suffer today—those who speak the truth and enjoy the fruits of their labours. By lying in this life, One will face the consequences in the next life. If you tell the truth, it will bear fruit. In their modern life, people see the fruits of their past actions. Everything that happens is pure justice: There are nothing and no jus...
